This decision is the culmination of the efforts made by Soulaliyates women and Democratic Association of Moroccan Women with the support of the Forum for Alternatives Morocco and several other associations, to fight against exclusion and discrimination faced by women in collectives lands.

The Democratic Association of Moroccan Women, the Forum for Alternatives Morocco and the associations that support the protest movement of Soulaliyates, consider as a positive step the decision of the Ministry of Interior to recognize these women as beneficiaries. The signatories are looking forward to seeing this decision implemented and translated into concrete action on the ground.
