1.1. International agreements
 Removal of holds on the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW)
 Ratification of the OP-CEDAW
 Ratification of other conventions (marriage consent and registration convention, minimal age convention, convention on married women, ILO conventions…)

1.2. Constitution and laws Introduction the principle of equality National Code, Penal Code, some statuses in the public sector Execution of the laws

1.3. Institutional mechanisms Budget « genderization » (national and local) Reinforcement of women’s political and public participation Establishment of governmental mechanisms to promote women rights (including the national mechanism of consultation)
