The reform of the educational system is one of the principal concerns of the ADFM : the educational firm is an extremely delicate question as it concerns construction of citizens.
For the ADFM, education does not only consist on transmitting knowledge and savoir-faire, but also on the construction of attitudes and autonomous persons, able to reason by themselves.
In its action in favour of this conception of education, the ADFM conducted an analysis work about the educational system through all its components : founding texts, programs, manuals, repartition by fields, methods etc. The goal was to try to better define and understand the reality of equality in the institution and share the results with concerned actors : the MEN (ministry of education) and different operators in the educational champ. Through this action, the ADFM, as an activist for human rights, contributes to share its concern about respect of equality with the educational institution actors.
