The representative visited Morocco to meet with the Moroccan organizations and officials participating in the campaign against gender-based violence and particularly to gather facts and statistics on the issue of violence against women of dual nationality. The representative spoke with the ADFM on this matter and on her activities in the European Union and learned about the struggle against gender based violence on the part of the ADFM, the ANARUZ network, and the Nejma Center. After a business luncheon amidst much productive conversation, the representative visited the Nejma Centre for Female Victims of Violence and learned about its role in providing aid to abused women.
